Genuine ink always best
I have always believed that it is false economy to buy compatible inks or ink cartridge refills having had a number of bad experiences with cheap compatible tonor cartridges a number of years ago and whilst the quality of the compatible or refilled ink cartridges may have improved it is a little bit like buying body panels for your car. Yes, you can get something that should fit and will probably work OK but the genuine article is designed for the job by the manufacturer. Printer ink by the litre is dearer than petrol and beer and you wouldn't buy petrol from a guy who said that it was like Esso fuel or stout from a landlord who said it was similar to Guinness, so why do it with ink cartridges?
