Only after 10 days with no contact and no indication of delivery did the Seller admit they listed an item they did not have, and could not provide a timeline on when it would be available. Seller then actively prevented the refund process and ceased all communication. Order shipped Jan 15th, still has not arrived on Feb 28th. No tracking provided, messages seller six times with no response. Contacted eBay to reach out to them, they have not replied. Late shipments are okay, things happen, but zero communication and ignoring communication is not.

I requested refund which was immediately granted from seller. Poor communication, slow postage of goods, no tracking available, item lost in transit or possibly never posted to begin with. Aside from quick refund, overall unpleasant experience and hugely disappointing.
