OK for the money
the cooler is very heavy even empty (needs wheels) does not keep ice for 10 days only 5 but it was outside in 95 degree heat shade and sun. I filled it full of ice and didn't open it at all ice was gone in 4 days but water that was left was very cold, but ice does last longer than my other coolers. the lid has a good seal but is very hard to open can't do it with 1 hand. I wish they have a answer between yes and no because that's what I would rate all 3 questions at but since not I will answer yes to all. seller was great to deal with for sure.

may require some modifications to fit your unit.
the interchange said that it was a direct replacement for my 2004 grizzly 660 4X4 well lets say it was close, I had to do some modifications to make it fit. (not bad)
