  The buyer left negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to correct their issue. We tried to contact them to find out what was wrong with the order and they never responded. They simply demanded a refund and said that the item they ordered was "not what was advertised". Quality service and customer satisfaction are very important to us. Prior to this transaction we had a 100% positive feedback rating with over 1,300 transactions. This seems like a scam to get the item for free.
