Start at 5 minutes then grow from there, too much too soon can hurt the supporting muscles, after about 3x then increase time. I know did it too long my first time, paid for that for 2 days. Works as well as the ones that cost $300, very solid, probably more solid than the Teeter at 70% plus savings. Very much recommend.
