Hi. This is the second one I’ve bought, and I’ve contacted you privately but not had a reply. Can you confirm these items are 100% genuine Apple. That is how they are being described but on close inspection of the first one I am now not convinced and I need you to be fully transparent. The box packs looks genuine but the product is ever so slightly different from an Apple-store bought (so definitely genuine) product. This matters because non Apple chargers can affect battery. Please advise.
