Good experience. Makes excellent espresso & cappuccino.

Awesome product.
Excellent Product. Works beautifully. I recommend that anyone buying this product should spend some time software download issues. Getting the download from apogee (thru internet) is ok as long as you know that the product will not start working till you register the unit w/apogee. It is best to get an install CD/ROM to do it without a lot of confusing steps.
