  The seller shipped on time, but the carrier was many days late with delivery. As we tracked the shipment, the seller was very proactive, concerned, engaged, and informative concerning the carrier's delay and very concerned about the condition of the product when it arrived. When received, the box was very badly crushed by the carrier. Given the extent I was sure the plant was damaged, but it wasn't. I received a big, beautiful plant that was just as described and a very good value. Thank you!

  Fast shipping and Arrival. Great packing job, no loose media spilt in the box. Beautiful and Healthy looking Orchid, love it!!! 😍 will purchase from this seller again!!! Did notice there was a terminal spike on the mother plant, should consider informing buyer prior to purchase of this as it will not produce new leaves or flower spikes from mother plant now. But the Keiki was healthy and can continue on.
