Better than expected
Very pleased. The item is better than expected, well made, has a very good handle which is comfortable to hold, seems adequately strong and is very light in weight. It is a pity the lid would not completely keep out the rain but, if it were big enough I suspect it could become a nuisance. Still, the solution is easy, just have a light weight plastic bag kept in the smaller pocket to put over the top when necessary.

The best at a very good price
At the price offered by Winfields, this was a bargain and delivery was lightning fast.
I have used Coleman for many years as they are the best. I have few in different sizes for different kinds of use, even keeping my cameras in one in the Canadian summer heat, as the car when left standing for a while would turn into a furnace.
Coleman are a Canadian firm and I lived in Toronto for twelve years, also have their petrol pressure stove, their small propane stove, which are excellent too.
My only use now in Britain for the very large oooler is to hold the food from my freezer while I defrost it. I recently moved home and thought the fridge/freezer fitted in my completely new flat was frostless, so gave away two big Colemans. Now having discovered it is not, I had to buy another cooler. I was relieved to find that Coleman is available in this country and, having established that, I had no interest at all in another brand, They are that good.
