Razer BlackShark V2 X - Multi-platform Wired Esports Gaming Headset

I have yet to experience Razer's 7.1 surround sound using my new headset.

Its comfortable. It blocks out sound faily well. BUT after 2 + weeks of going back and forth with Razer tech support it still has issues. Win10 didnt seem to recognize the Razer surround sound drivers. So after many attempts Razer support got Win10 to accept the drivers. BUT they're 7.1 surround sound app didnt seem to recognize the device to utilize these drivers. It only recognizes Realtek hd audio.
