Convenient and Effective
These exercise bands are effective, convenient and versatile. Remember that time you were charged full price at the Best Western in Oakwood, GA, and it turned out they were doing construction and storing all the equipment and supplies in the gym so you were SOL? Well, if you had packed your Therabands (which can curl up into a wad smaller than a pair of socks) - you still could have gotten some anaerobic exercise in anyway. You could have worked off some of the frustration at learning that BW had changed all the bathrooms to a singular space shower that flooded the entire bathroom floor. No more bathtubs and that's the reason you chose to stay there. Therabands are the best. You can use them every day while you watch television or listen to your friends vent about their travel trials. I got mine to increase strength and flexibility after one injury then another and yet another. You think they're not going to be strong but they are so strong and if you need more or less resistance, you can get a different one. Different colors offer different resistance. Worth it!
