Tried it for 1 month and still like it.
I have been dealing with a pinched neck nerve that my doctor attributes to natural spinal deterioration with age. The inflatable aspect of this collar allows for a better fit (I have tried other, non-inflatable collars). I try to remember to wear it when using my desktop computer, and I find that I can wear it while sleeping in my bed, to avoid neck pain when I wake. It is as comfortable as a neck collar can be expected to be. After buying one, I bought a second one as a backup, expecting them to wear out with prolonged usage..

Military time only
The switch to select either 24-hour display or a 12-hour display of the time does not work. The clock only displays 24-hour, military time. Directions were of no help.
