  When the item arrives, the glass in front of the autographed item is shattered. The seller states they did their part as the item was bubble wrapped the item. So I am stuck replacing the glass at $15. I am very disappointed the seller will not make it right for the buyer. For future transactions try using a rigid outside container for shipping. Called shipping for dummies!
