Very poor value for money.

No image stabilization
No HD
Very bad low light recording.
I've been using various helmet mounted action cameras for 4 years. The cheapo £20 keychain cameras give a better video output than these. But overall I advise you to save your money and buy something better quality. GoPro or ContourHD.

Very weak adhesive

The best I've used
Gets the results I want with just a small amount. Smells really great too
