Double your budget, decide on a design, read reviews and keep looking. Aight?
It is a bargain priced capo which serves that function adequately or slightly better on most electric guitars without a thick neck. Old style neck profiles like D, U or even a deep V it may prove too small to fit. I have made it work on a couple acoustics, but this would be too narrow for a classical guitar. It's suitable for informal playing, but not up to the quick change demands of live performance. For guitars with a small enough neck, it is overqualified for the various setup and repair applications of a capo. It's not a shabby example of the strength of the "yoke" design in that turning the screw to set tension does make for less (or no) need for re-tuning either during or after use. I enjoy it at home. Should you get one? Well, re-read what I said and decide. I don't know your needs.

In or out, kitty.
Sparkly. Have not "cooked" with it yet., so no data is available yet necessary to comment on its performance in a critical application. Still, the crackle from holding the button for 1 second sounds promising which is to say intimidating. I'll say this: If you pull this on an assailant you better mean it. You better make contact without getting blocked and you better hold it there firmly and keep the button pushed at least the 5 seconds it claims to need to drop the attacker. This is for real, so in or out, kitty.

Decent quality for low bucks (and far better than doing without!)
At a very reasonable price the extractor I received is more than serviceable. I would not mind if it had more pulling power, but I would also expect to pay more for that.
Anything on this end of the price range is going to require you to hold your workpiece, solder and iron within a few inches for the visible fumes to be drawn into the filter.
Further than that and well, some might get there. The rest will float free in your airspace seeking out mucous membranes to infiltrate.
Soldering without one of these is perhaps comparable to driving without a seatbelt. IOW, brain or head injury is pretty much a given whether it's that first careless whiff or your skull on safety glass that does the honors. If you still have brains, it's a no-brainer to save what you have. Get one!
This one is inexpensive and works well. If you have more to spend, maybe get a stronger one.
