Been fine for months and still going.

Install went easy, soaked with my favorite penatrint over night.(recommend if you have time to wait) Installed months ago and hasn't been an issue. I did both sides and got an alignment.sterring feels much more responsive now and doesn't "bump steer" as much as my old worn out 160k mile oem parts. I am at 171k now and they still look and feel fine when I checked them when I did oil change and transmission service. Seems to be good quality for the money.

Nice but with a possibly fatal shock hazard.

Its a nice light. I bought it knowing the shock risk. When it is plugged in the usb port comes live and the power button becomes live at mains voltage. I have bought multiple of this typw to modify. I use a simple charging circuit in place of using mains ac voltage to charge it. I use a simple micro usb socket 2x 6v diode and a 4.7ohm 1/2w resistor. Using this setup i charge them with my phone charger. The light output is decent. The usb WILL NOT charge a phone due to it being strictly battery pack voltage(mine is avg 4.3v). The solar panels charges fine. I recommend it if you aren't going to use AC voltage to charge it and use solar only or do the charging mod.

Good for the money.

I bought this to use in my car to avoid having to change the headunit out again. It sounds just as good as using a aux cable and the range is acceptable for my use. I have only tested it about 10ft. Battery life doesn't seem bad. It gave me a use for my old micro usb cable from my old phone lol. For the few bucks i spent it will be fine till the weather isnt so cold and i swap headunit out for one with Bluetooth.
