  My order was to be delivered no later than August 23 but wasn't even shipped out until August 26. I contacted seller twice with no reply, until EBAY got involved then I finally heard back. Once shipped, it arrived 3 days later but product had a broken pump!! I'm only keeping it because I really need it and will somehow have to remove the contents from the container and put it into a jar! :(
