  I purchased a Tofuture tofu press, as described in the item description, though I received a poorly made copy. Tried to resolve this with the seller, after four days of frustrating messaging back and forth, with no resolution or acceptance of being misleading/inaccurate. I was ready to take this matter up with Ebay! Only at that point I was offered and received a full refund. These tofu presses are so cheap, they don't want them back because it would cost more than they're worth.

  Item as described but do not know what went on with the delivery. Evri took 10 ten days! Possibly adverse weather but Evri didn’t communicate until 17th January (date of delivery). None of this is the seller’s fault, as the item was marked posted on the day of the order, but wanted to let others know. For all the criticism, Royal Mail tracked would have delivered within two days max.

  I only noticed the long delivery time after I'd ordered the item. I requeseted to cancel the order. The seller cancelled it straight away with no fuss at all and the money was refunded to me soon after on the same day. Absolutely brilliant!!
