Wonderful stuff
I use this for my ears which keeps down ear wax buildup and allows my hearing aids to slip in easily. I also use it for any skin irritation. I have an itchy back and a little bit of this applied to my back before bedtime helps me sleep better. COB

Pro Ear 2 oz or 4 oz bottle review
I use this product by daubing a little of the oil on a Q-tip and placing it carefully in the opening of the ear canal before inserting my hearing aids. If I remember to do this, my hearing aid inserts slips right into my ears and I forget they are there. If I forget as I did this morning, my inserts begin to feel uncomfortable and my reaction is I want to remove them from my ears. I also use the oil on other skin irritations including itchy spots on my back. It works well to calm irritated skin. COB

Tasty in many recipes including mug cakes
Works well in recipes that call for cinnamon. I have leaky gut and powdered cinnamon gets in my ankle veins and burns like fire. This product gives me the cinnamon flavor without the burn.
