Peace at last!
My Belkin UPS has finally died so I can now remove my ear protectors from the constant fan noise. Unlike the Belkin, the Windows and Mac utility works fine as supplied with my 1500VA Cyberpower. The Belkin software was rubbish and never worked correctly. Most reviews of the Belkin UPS agreed with my complaint about the fan noise so goodby Belkin. and so it's "Peace in my time now" Where I live, (Victoria Australia) the electricity supply is comparable with what one could expect in a 3rd World country. Often power outages and surges up to 3 times a week so having a UPS for my stuff is not a luxury but an essential one.
