The design needs work.
1 of 1 found this helpful The pony is made of great material, but the location of the knobs that tighten the jaws of the pony is a bad design. When saddle stitching the thread catches under the knobs quite often. It's a simple design but needs work. When stitching you want a good flow, not stopping all the time to unsnag your thread.

1 of 1 found this helpful The quality of this draw guage has been dumbed down terribly . Very poor quality. The handle is OK but the blade holder and the rule needs much improvement . They need to be made like they did 40 years ago. I purchased a vintage draw and the quality is fantastic. Please upgrade your standards .
