I shouldn’t complain at the price paid, but the description said it was new, never installed, so I wasn’t really expecting scratches.

Windows 10 support is a little shaky, and Android support is nonexistent
I've owned this printer for a couple of weeks.
The print quality is good for text and images. Double sided printing has been flawless thus far. Setup, however, was a pain.
To get the printer working with my Android phone and my Windows 10 laptop I had to share it via CUPS on a Raspberry Pi. (NB: the printer is still connected to the network and the Pi interfaces with it via the network; it's just re-shared via CUPS). So if you know what you're doing and can interface with the printer via IPP, this is a good printer for you. Otherwise get something more modern.

A good stem.
Not much to say. It's a quill stem. It works well. I like the hex socket screws - easy to adjust with a hex wrench.
