  The seller was extremely helpful when the item was lost in shipping to Canada. Apparently all international orders are sent through a Illinois warehouse overseen by ebay.This is about the fourth item that has gone missing for me through this process from various sellers this summer. I'm hoping ebay will identify the brokenness in the system and remedy it. This particular seller was prompt and courteous in response and refund. Still waiting for resolve on two other items from other sellers.
