Screw the EPA
These are the halogen lights that you can't find in the stores anymore, because xenon and LEDs have been forced down our collective throats. That new stuff isn't compatible to the look of the nice, mellow halogens and if you're looking to expand your existing lighting from a decade ago, you'd better buy these before the supply runs out.

Sill plates are a quality repro item.
The sill plates are of very high quality. The finish is outstanding, and the fit is perfect. Other than being a bit pricey (and that's the collector car situation, isn't it?), there are no negatives about this item. It's a tiny thrill to remove your old, tarnished, scratched sill plates and install these lovely sill mouldings.
And do yourself a favor and live a little: Buy a package of new screws. You can afford it!
