  Happy repeat customer! This seller's dwarf crays are awesome. All arrived alive plus an extra in case they didn't. Shipping was prompt, packaging got them here alive despite USPS being difficult. Seller is responsive and easy to work with. But above all, the order itself shines. This is my second order because I loved the first collection so much and had room for more I couldn't resist.

  I have purchased from pondboy89 before, and I am sure I'll do so again. As always, shipping was quick, but the packaging was very rough, the box was literally falling apart. I think the breather bags were leaking a LOT, but all bags still had water in them. I did have a single DOA and the seller was super responsive! (Very appreciated) Also, got a lot of freebie plants, which is great! All the other critters from this order are doing very well and I am seeing some growth already.

The condition of the packaging was top-notch both my critters were safe and sound double props on packaging them in separate containers to ensure their safety and they didn’t kill each other over the stressful process of shipping.   Great seller to work with for a combined/custom order, quick shipping in secure packaging with plants/moss to provide some cover. Extra included in case of potential loss.
