Excellent product with one small flaw
An excellent cleaner only problem was all plastic Good length in flexible hose Only problem telescopic wand a little short when using cleaner tend. If telescopic wand longer would not have to stoop when using. Would give 4 stars out of 5 for this product

Lightweight with POOR features
This cleaner is a waste of money. The Suction is Excellent. That is the only good thing about it. With the flexible hose connection into the top of the machine when you move over your carpet and pull the machine along with you, it just tips over. The jockey wheel is too small for the job. The Telescopic wand is SHORT as is the flexible hose very short so unless you are under 1.5 metres in height you are going to get a bad back with the constant bending over when using the machine. The cord is only 5M so you have to plug and unplug in every room

An excellent movie that keeps you in suspence right to the end especially as I am a big fa of Sidney Sheldton. Well worth purchasing and watching
