  I would rate this as a negative, except eBay doesn’t provide that option!?! When a buyer wins a bid, as in this case and doesn’t follow through paying, it’s wrong. When they don’t respond to emails asking for payment, that’s rude. You are preventing me from possibly making a sale while I’m holding the item expecting payment . At least be courteous and say you’ve decided not to buy the item. Don’t leave the seller hanging. Hiding behind your computer screen doesn’t make you invisible.
