This book will change everything you feed your body.
2 of 2 found this helpful EXCELLENT book! Fairly easy to understand, even though it is written by a neurologist. The book explains why glutens (sugars, carbs, both simple and complex) wreak havoc on the brain and the rest of the body.
It has completely changed what food I put into my body.

I love the charcoal anti persperant
It is unscented and I love it. I was really disappointed when the unscented anti persperant was discontinued. I don't like scented anti persperants because I stink like them all day.
