Thin Again by Judy Halliday and Arthur Halliday: It's not a diet plan by any means, but it takes a wonderful biblical approach and teaches you to trust God and your body to become the size God intended you to be, and allows you to stop obsessing over food. It's great, because it distinguishes what we think is bodily hunger from emotional hunger: a deep longing for intimacy that we sadly, unconsciously, use food to try to fill. The book is a real eye opener, and has done wonders. Even if you think you've heard it all, it's worth a look.
