Don't Blame Region Supply
3 of 4 found this helpful I received the Cable Voice modem to save $120 a year on my Comcast bill. I connected it according to the deatiled instructions I received, BUT, it didn't connect.... After being on the line with Comcast for 2 hours plus, with at least 2 representatives, I was told that the modem was bad. I asked the rep to send someone to my home.. They showed up the next morning, called their tech contact at Comcast, and had it working in 15 minutes. The Reps has made a mistake in my account re: settings.. One was from Jamacia and another from the Phillipines. Comcast needs to evalute their foreign workers.. They don't have a clue unfortunately.. I was ready to cancel after my 2 hour debacle and go with DISH or Direct TV...

Great Carb Kit
Easy to install. No instructions, but if you take the carb apart piece by piece and connect the new one each time you remove of the 3 hoses, it is very easy, even for beginners!!
