Seems like Good TImed Release Niacin
1 of 1 found this helpful I was taking 500 MG of regular Rugby Niacin 2 - 3 times a day on my doctor's recommendation, for controlling my cholesterol. Actually his recommendation was 300 MG 3 times a day but I hadn't found the strength I wanted. My experience in general with reducing my bad cholesterol has been very positive, quite successful. But the 3 times a day was more than I wanted to keep track of so I decided to try the timed release in a strength that would cover the whole day. I don't notice a flush from these but a subtle sense of almost having a flush shortly after taking it. I have no idea if it's working well on my cholesterol levels but I would expect it is. I'm satisfied with the product. Rugby has a good reputation, and it's a lot more convenient than 3 times a day.

Good trap, worked well, could be heavier duty
This trap worked as well as I hoped - I needed to trap a large Deer Mouse that got into my van while I was in the Utah desert. I tried a good steel live trap but its openings were too small. The CaptSure trap's door is 2 inches wide and 2" tall. IF it's lacking anything, I think the whole trap could stand to be a little stouter - somewhat heavier duty. Its materials are fairly lightweight. In less than 2 hours of placing this in the van with peanut butter, cheese and fruit bait, the mouse was trapped. I gave it a ride back to where it lived and let it go. Last 2 pics were after he was placed in a tote for transport. He was so comfortable with the trap he climbed back into it to avoid me reaching into the tote.
