  I understand that the seller doesn't have any control over the postal services, however, having sent three messages to the seller with zero response is incredibly frustrating, leading to a poor customer experience. I have one or two issues in the past with delivery of items, but the seller has always been very communicative and we've generally managed to work things out, which doesn't appear to be the case here. Having to escalate this to Ebay support is really the last thing I want to do.

Initial issues with original item being delivered to incorrect state (Western Australia and not Hobart), however seller sent new item to correct address. Thank-you.
