Good and bad
3 of 4 found this helpful I received the item just after a major back surgery so I could begin to get mobile rite away. The doctors approved me to use it so I was very excited. I began to put it together and the main stem with the handle bars was never threaded for the bolts from the factory so I had to drill out a hole on each side and put a big lag bolt and nut. Then instantly the end of the wire that holds the tension adjuster fell off so I had to bring it in the basement and recrimp it to the wire which by the way came off a week later and I had to take it apart and do it again. Since then it's held up. Finally as I pedaled there was a clicking noise which ended up being a weld hitting the outer plastic encasement. I had to take that apart and put furniture pads to space the plastic housing from the main pedal sprocket where the weld was. After all this it is working ok. You cannot get a lot of tension so don't expect it. I really should have just returned it for a new one but I'm always fixing things and I didn't feel like waiting for a new one. I really wanted to get started rite away. Unfornutely I had to do all this while being in tons of pain and unable to bend or twist or lift. Positives are it is very light and easy to move around and that is why I chose it. Also it's very small and easy to tuck into a corner. So good and bad. I was very unlucky with the one I had delivered but once working it does the trick for me which is getting my lower half moving again. I deserve a credit back so if my review is read by the sellers please provide me with some type of credit or refund. Thank you.
