Not designed well
1 of 2 found this helpful They removed the build-in trimmer and now one have to replace the entire head with the trimmer to use it. Makes it useless for quick job.
The head is fixed on a flimsy pole. When the skin is a bit moist and have some friction it simply pops out of base. Happens very often and makes it very difficult to use.
The quality of shave is ok after you tackle the popping out header. But for delicate skin is not smooth. The skin burns after the shave like never before. I have been using Philishavers for the last 25 years, this one is disapoinng.
I would like to return but I do not see the option to return.
