Did not work for me.
0 of 1 found this helpful I use Magnesium for cold feet, along with potassium, and calcium (in whole milk). This product made my feet cold, and tasted sweet? Going back to my Chelated form Magnesium gluconate in low dose. I also experienced leg cramps. Not good.

Feeding it to my horses
I can always tell when I get a good quality B complex, my horses tails become super soft, and shiny. As for me, this one doesn't taste bad either. I have been using Now Vitamin A in fish liver oil for over a decade. Swear by it over others. Love they are a family owned business. Not owned by big Pharma.
