This pill does it's job, however, caused headaches. Your physiology may deal with the chemicals differently. I also ready online that authentic powder should be a dark color and this powder is light colored. You may want to do some more research. I stopped taking it after a few days.

Works Really Well
Extremely bitter taste however, maybe you can mix it with something or sack up and pour it down the hatch. Probably just the nature of this type of creatine, ethyl ester creatine was the same way.
