Not 8/10, more like 6/10
3 of 3 found this helpful In the listing it says this product is a 8/10. I payed a little bit extra to get a better quality essential phone. Instead, I am not happy with the state at all. It looks as if they have removed a part of the sides, then took of the screen and put a new one in place. From the top left corner, I can look under my screen and see the backlight. This phone is not in an 8/10 condition.
