good light/laser for the $$
Not a bad light/green laser for the money. Let's get this straight, and out of the way. It is not Surefire, or even Streamlight quality, but it costs a fraction of what you would pay for those lights. The light is very bright, the beam angle could be a bit wider with the middle spot a bit more diffused. It would have been much better with an "orange peel" reflector. It is not so bright that it will blind you momentarily when used indoors. It is mostly made of aluminum, so it will probably not easily break. I have not fired any live ammo with it on a gun yet, so the jury is out on recoil resistance. But for the money, if it fails, it will not be a great loss.
Bottom line, if your life has to depend on the light/laser on your gun, buy a Surefire or Streamlight. If this is not your primary light source, then it's not bad for the money.

Good deal for the money
Great deal for four LED bulbs. They seem to be of good quality and have so far been working perfectly.

Blackhawk! SERPA holster for Sig P228/229 carbon fibrer applique
Another great quality item from Blackhawk. I own 5 other SERPA holster for different guns, and they all perform as designed. I had to shave a bit from the inside of this particular holster because my Sig P229 Combat w/rail, was very tight. I don't know why it did not fit perfectly since in my previous experience, all guns have fit perfectly. I did not mind having to spend some time with a Dremel making this one "fit" my gun properly, since I really like all my other SERPA holsters. I like the fact that the gun locks in the holster with an audible click, and also that re-holstering is a one hand operation. Your gun is not coming out of the holster, unless you press the release paddle, which is easily done using a natural indexed hold.
