Works perfectly
Wasn't sure about this initially, but a combination of not wishing to ditch what was otherwise a perfectly good machine, while at the same time being unwilling to pay the high price of a brand new printhead, I went ahead and purchase this refurbished version. I have been very pleased with the outcome. The printer, which has not been working properly for over a year appears now to be in tip-top working order. It is of course early days,,, but keeping fingers crossed.

Excellent little device
Ordered this as my current laptop had no Bluetooth connectivity. Came overnight - very impressive - and I set about installing it. That proved a little difficult and some internet research was required. You need to set the device as a default on my laptop before it will respond. However, having overcome that hurdle, the device is operating well and efficiently.

Good quality, but narrower diameter than claimed.
Product is good quality and came within the time promised, but although it claims to be 3mm in diameter, it is closer to 2.4 which makes it more difficult to use in macramé patterns for those with less nimble fingers.
