I have one negative feedback following a genuine mistake. The buyer gave me negative feedback without even contacting me. I subsequently contacted ebay to challenge this. Ebay conveniently failed to follow this up and by the time I chased for an update I was told the timeline had expired and there was nothing they could do to reverse it. After realising the mistake (Which was as a result of ebay changing their T&Cs) I sent the item for guaranteed next day delivery which resulted in a loss.
