Keep spa free of leaves
Keeps the leaves out of my spa. I love it. I can easily scoop the leaves off this cover.

Not suitable to use with chlorine
I use this valve with an outdoor light timer, to add liquid chlorine to my swimming pool. The valve works great. I did install a small filter between the chlorine tank and this valve, to be sure that sediment from the bottom of the tank didn't clog this valve.
Update on 9/3/19. The valve is not suited for chlorine, it still clicks on and off, but there is no longer flow. So, it will probably work with other fluids, just not with chlorine.

Keeps pool cleaner hose untangled.
Really helps keep the hose untangled on my suction side pool robot.
