Office-Phone Quality
Wow, this is a great phone for my home office. After working in a corporate office for years, I was used to the quality of the phones at work. When I set up at home, I went through 3 different phones for my home office that didn't cut it. The speakerphones didn't work well (people kept asking me to repeat things), they seemed cheap and lightweight, and the mute button made a loud beep, which everyone could hear (and chuckle at a few times). Not what you want when working from home with office folks on a conference call. Well this phone is great - it acts like my old office phones - solid feeling, good speakerphone and no beep when muting! I was sold when I went to the Cortelco website and saw that they make "old-fashioned" basic pushbutton phones. That made me think that this would be a "like they used to make them" type of phone and it has proved to be so. I would highly recommend this phone.
