Safe and easy

I have deep fried turkeys many times with the propane fueled outdoor style deep frier. This was much safer and easier to use. I was able to place it on my range top under the hood fan. No smoke and minimal splatter and mess. Timer works well too. Digital controls are a little quirky but once it's set, don't mess with it. 3.5-4 minutes per pound and it's done;)
