    Item was as described. The seller was generous in negotiating the price. The package took awhile to arrive but that was likely more on the USPS. There was some slight damage on an accessory which wasn’t ideal, but the fact the seller negotiated the price prior to purchase, offsets that issue. Could have been better packaged with protective bubble wrapping on the item before boxing and mailing- just a suggestion for future mailings.

broke first day installed
Installed spring on mower and broke the first time we used. Can not afford to buy a spring every mowing. Could have been defective or just poor quality.
