fantastic quality
Have had stainless steel pans for 35 yrs,which needed replacing.Decided on these pans as i didn`t want glass lids.Very pleased with the quality.Yes the handle on the pan lid does get hot,which is to be expected as they are metal,i use the silicon pad i used on my old pans,i wasn`t worried they didn`t have a pouring lip,i just use a sieve.One thing i`ve noticed is if you don`t have the gas to high e.g. coming up the sides of the pan,the handles get warm and not hot,so you can lift the pan without having to use a cloth.The pans are cooking more efficently therefore cutting down on time and gas used.Very pleased with them and would recommend

easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful I found folding the 1st inch of the bias binding helped with feeding it through the foot,i`ve only used it with one width of bias but it worked very well so would expect it to be fine with wider bias,will be using it with home made bias in the next couple of weeks.
