  Item was listed as new but arrived clearly used – visible creases in the leather and scratches on the buckle. Seller still insists it’s new and while a full refund was offered, communication was passive-aggressive and not particularly helpful. Item was hard to source, so sought a partial refund - but seller was not willing to concede any issues with the product (see pics, you be the judge). Disappointing experience.
