  Vintage wood items arrived in shoebox with no buffering material. Items had rolled around inside-many pieces, including arms and protruding bits had broken off as compared to photos. Also burned and old repaired parts were not shown in photos. Always unpleasant to lodge a complaint, in busy holidays...but felt strongly since I paid a premium for shipping/handling. I appreciated that seller was quick to respond, take responsibility, send a partial refund. I'd do business again with confidence!
