Archaic language is s pleasant challenge

Dated language and references- be ready to google some terms. I had a good adventure reading the exploits of Shackleton and Scott because Tilman made a side joke. Lots of stuff like this, plus the history of practical boat handling problems and crew management. I am enjoying it
