better for people over the age of 40
1 of 1 found this helpful No negative side effects. I have hit no less than 11 personal records in the last 50 days. But I doubt it will help anyone under the age of 40. I typically take one pill before sleep. On days I feel really sore, I might take one pill in the morning and another before bed, but that is unusual. I have gained 5 pounds and 1.5 of that is fat. My results may not be your results. I'll take a short break and then order another container. The placebo effect is real for me.

Not a chest band so it will lose your pulse as you do movements with your arms raised up above your head. Then, as you drop your arms, it will find your pulse again. Very minor.
