    All I can say about Platt is the service has been outstanding I wish that more people could match them. This particularly applies to my local Post Office who refused to accept the package as they were full? I had requested Royal Mail to leave it with them as we would be out at the time stated. The tracking showed Refused Returned to Sender - I was furious. Thankfully when I went to the Royal Mail local office they had the parcel so it hadn't been sent back to Platt in Japan - what a relief!

    First class vendor! This new, beautiful rod arrived exactly as described. The Tenryu Furaibo TF32TA comes only with a double cloth rod sack, and vendor carefully wrapped the rod in several layers of bubble wrap, and quickly shipped the rod in a very sturdy cardboard tube via DHL.
